To start off with, there is not a pattern for this project. Cut 12 strips (5x64 holes) out of both colors of your plastic canvas mesh. Wrap both the burgundy glass balls with crafter's wire - swiveling around as much as you want. Leave a little bit of wire on both balls to attach to the project. Attach 1 burgundy glass ball to the bell. Set aside all pieces aside.
Thread your fishing line onto one end of your swivel to the middle of your line, tie a knot. Now your line will be doubled, this adds extra security for your project and makes it easier for tying when you are finished. Thread 1 pink crystal glitter pony bead, then 1 clear crystal glitter pony bead, and then 1 more pink crystal glitter pony bead. Now you will start threading your plastic canvas strips (into the 3rd hole - which should be the very middle of your strip). The pattern is burgundy canvas, glow-in-the-dark pony bead, pink canvas, glow-in-the-dark pony bead, burgundy canvas, glow-in-the-dark pony bead, pink canvas, etc.... until all the canvas is used. Now might be the confusing part... Thread on a glow-in-the-dark pony bead and then you are going to thread the first piece of burgundy canvas you used in the beginning onto the line, through the 3rd hole - this time at the other end of the canvas (so it will be a curved shape - both ends will be on the canvas. Thread on a glow-in-the-dark pony bead, then the next piece of canvas, glow-in-the-dark pony bead, etc...until all glow-in-the-dark pony beads are used and the last piece of canvas is threaded onto the line (which would probably be pink). Thread 1 pink crystal glitter pony bead, then 1 clear crystal glitter pony bead, and then 1 more pink crystal glitter pony bead. Tie a good knot, leaving a loop using a larkshead knot.
Attach the wired burgundy glass ball with the bell to the loop at the bottom of your project. Attach the other wired burgundy glass ball to the swivel at the top of the project and then add the Hanging hook at the ball. Spray the entire project with acrylic spray to help keep the project water proof and from fading as fast. Take a trip outside in the evening and you just might be able to see alittle windchime snake floating in mid-air.
